Hilo is a UK based yoga company that focuses on creating classes that not only help move the body, but also help with mental wellbeing. I worked closely with the founder to help shape her idea into a reality, defining a new name, creating the brand identity and designing and building the website.
The identity is inspired by the flow of the body, as it links each yoga move into a sequence. I created a custom word mark that reflects this organic form, linking both high and low elements of each character. Along with the identity, I designed promotional material to advertise local classes, business cards as well as designing and building Hilo’s website that makes use of dynamic flow elements that responded to the screen widths across different devices.
